Charity Auction "Art with Impact"

Until 10 May: Silent Auction (online)

“Art with Impact”, a charity auction in support of Save the Children, is taking place these days. You still have the chance to bid for unique artworks and experiences in our silent auction.

The proceeds from the auction will go to Save the Children’s projects for children in need.

Participation

Silent Auction

Start: 27 April 2026
End: 10 May 2026 (7:06 pm)

You may place bids on the artworks at any time during this period. To participate in the silent auction, please register in advance here. All lots can also be viewed here.

How do the auction proceeds reach the projects?

The purchase agreement is concluded after the auction between the highest bidder and the respective consignor. In most cases, the artworks were consigned by the artists themselves; in individual cases, they were submitted by private individuals, a foundation, or Save the Children. After the sale has been completed, the respective consignor donates the proceeds to Save the Children Deutschland e.V. on a voluntary basis.
The special experiences are contributed to and sold in the auction directly by Save the Children Deutschland e.V.

You can find the full auction terms and conditions in the catalogue.

Art & Experiences

In support of Save the Children, artworks by renowned artists are being auctioned. The auction is complemented by extraordinary experiences, including concerts, a guided art tour of the German Bundestag, and behind-the-scenes insights into film production.

On 29 April 2026, the renowned auctioneer Simon de Pury has already auctioned artworks and experiences at the Berlinische Galerie. But a silent auction is currently still taking place from 27 April to 10 May 2026.

Simon de Pury

The renowned auctioneer is a true personality in the international art scene, celebrated for his exceptional knowledge of art and his dynamic performance as an auctioneer.

I have been an unwavering supporter of Save the Children for many years, as far too many children are forced to grow up in the midst of conflict, without enough food, or the opportunity to attend the school. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute and help to ensure that these children receive the support they need. That's why I'm delighted about the charity auction at the Berlinische Galerie.

Anne-Sophie Mutter, Save the Children Ambassador

Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone contributing to making our charity auction “Art with Impact” a reality. We are delighted to present outstanding and in some cases unique artworks and experiences, donated by artists, galleries, committed companies, and generous patrons. And we extend our gratitude to you – the bidders and donors – whose involvement supports our projects.
